Import 04/11/2015Tato bakalářská práce "Teoretické a praktické aspekty interních směrnic ve společnosti s ručením omezeným" se zabývá problematikou interních směrnic. Cílem této práce je vymezit interní směrnice jak z hlediska teoretického, tak praktického hlediska. V teoretické části je vymezen význam a charakteristika interních směrnic, dále legislativa, která tyto směrnice upravuje. Sensory evaluation of model non-chocolate sweets

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provedení senzorické analýzy modelových nečokoládových cukrovinek vybraného druhu – konkrétně typu želé. V teoretické části je zpracována charakteristika nečokoládových cukrovinek, informace o jejich složení a vlastnostech a technologické postupy výroby. Dále se zaobírá principem senzorického hodnocení, včetně vybraných metod této analýzy. Experimentální část se zaměřuje na senzorické hodnocení připravených želé cukrovinek. K analýze bylo vyrobeno několik vzorků, jež obsahovaly přídavek extraktu z bylin, konkrétně arónie a echinacey. Tyto pochoutky byly hodnoceny z několika hledisek – barvy (intenzity a příjemnosti), vůně, a chuti. Dále byl aplikován profilový test chutí a zhodnocena jejich celková přijatelnost. Analýzu prováděli nezaškolení hodnotitelé z řad studentů Fakulty chemické VUT v Brně. Cílem bylo posoudit vliv přidaných extraktů na senzorickou kvalitu vyrobeného vzorku. Z výsledků vyplývá, že přídavek extraktu má vliv na senzorické vlastnosti vyrobených cukrovinek. Pozitivní hodnocení nejvíce ovlivňovala příjemná barva a chuť. K negativnímu hodnocení přispívala nevýrazná vůně a nahořklá chuť.The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to implement a sensory analysis of model non-chocolate sweets of a selected type – specifically gummy jellies. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of non-chocolate confectionery, information about their composition and properties and technological processes of production. Principle of sensory evaluation, including selected methods of this analysis are mentioned, too. The experimental part focuses on sensory evaluation of prepared gummy jellies. Several samples were made, which contained the addition of herbal extract, namely chokeberry and echinacea. The samples were evaluated using a scale based on their colour, aroma, and flavour. Furthermore, a profile test of tastes was applied, and their overall acceptability was evaluated. Untrained assessors, students from Faculty of Chemistry BUT, performed the sensory evaluations. The aim was to assess the influence of these herbal extracts on the sensory quality of the sample. The pleasant colour and taste influenced the positive evaluation the most. On the other hand, the faint aroma and bitter taste contributed to the negative evaluation.

Tato diplomová práce "Finanční analýza ve vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným" se zabývá finanční analýzou. Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezit finanční analýzu jak z hlediska teoretického, tak z hlediska praktického. V teoretické části je vymezen význam a charakteristika finanční analýzy, vývoj a uživatelé finanční analýzy, zdroje dat a informací, popis účetních výkazů a jednotlivých metod finanční analýzy.
